Domestic Orders (UAE)
We offer local shipping within 3 working days under normal conditions. If there are any unforeseen delays or limitations, we will notify you via email.
International Orders
For customers outside the UAE, shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Please note:
- Taxes and Customs: International shipping prices do not include taxes or customs duties. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are payable upon delivery.
- Order Cancellation: International orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
- Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing.
- Payment Options: All international orders must be paid online. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer payment methods.
